SUD Case Management
Our SUD Case Management program provides support and guidance to access the medical, social, educational, and community resources essential to recovery and long-term wellness.
This program may include:
- Connections to community resources, including housing, food, clothing, and medical services
- Assistance with financial supports, including benefits, entitlements, and vocational and educational opportunities
- Supportive interventions to address challenges like anger management, domestic violence, or legal concerns
- Additional individualized supports based on each person's needs
SUD Therapy
Our SUD Therapy program supports individuals as they move through the stages of change in recovery and create a plan for lasting wellness.
Therapy provides a safe space to explore and address:
- Healing from past trauma
- Underlying mental health needs
- Building healthier habits and relationships
