Associate Director – Clinical Services

This position will provide oversight for the Community Mental Health Services and the Homemaker Personal Care Services Programs. The Associate Director will also collaborate on the Integrated Service Delivery model, client outcomes, and service delivery processes.

Direct Support Professional

This position provides direct services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities, and teaches them to build the skills necessary to increase their personal empowerment and level of independent functioning. The Direct Support Professional collaborates with the transdisciplinary team to identify and address the changing needs of our clients.
